AnyViewer Connection Issue: Mouse and Keyboard Inoperable with Laptop Lid Closed
Experiencing connectivity issues with AnyViewer on your Thinkpad T460? Discover the reasons behind your remote control problems and how to fix them effectively.
1. Issue
I encountered a problem when using Anyviewer. When I used a laptop (model Thinkpad T460 operating system Windows 10 22h2 19045.5371) as a controlled machine, the power option was set to never sleep when powered on, and no action when the lid was closed. But as long as the lid was closed, even for just one second, when I remoted to this computer, I could connect successfully and see the lock screen image, but the mouse and keyboard could not operate the controlled machine. Opening the lid immediately returned to normal. What is the reason? Or how else do I need to set up the controlled machine? Software version: Both parties are 5.0.1
