Troubleshooting Screen Display Issues with Multiple Output Devices and Memory Limitations

Experiencing inconsistent display issues on screen pages? Discover the cause and effective solutions for managing multiple display outputs and memory constraints.

Screen pages do not display at all, sometimes normal sometimes not. File transfer is normal.

2. Cause

Analyzing the logs, we found that because the controlled computer has four display output devices, if you choose to display them at the same time, it will fail to create the encoder due to insufficient memory, see the following figure:

3. Solution

  1. Clean up the memory of the controlled computer, such as closing the application program
  2. Don’t choose to show all desktops at the same time
