Unable to resubscribe to anyviewer
1. Issue
The user had the Enterprise Edition before but it expired. Now he wants to buy Pro, but after logging into his account, he finds that it is now Free (Yearly) and cannot be upgraded. Can you help him change to the Free Edition?

2. Cause
Anyviewer’s order system has problems in determining the user’s repeated subscription conditions.
3. Solution
Log in to AnyViewer from your mobile phone to deregister the current account, then register a new account.
